SD83 ZF4HP500SE: 1. If "1" is pressed when starting the bus(not engine but making it moves from stationary), the bus can't run properly, like losing power 2. Sound for upshift from 2 to 3 appears earlier than actual gear shift (such situation won't occur when kickdown is applied)
D89: pressing "2" shifts gear from 5/6 to 3/4
so troublesome posting so many Qs just hope you don't mind

The only two outstanding files are
MAN_SD83_ZF.bus and MAN_SD83_ZF-b.bus
Also redownload this should correct the D86 loading up.. the no braking sound, no idea how to fix that

I found it in the MAN SD202 folder. Thanks I Downloaded it and then when i choose the D86: Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 004E5B68 in Modul "Omsi.exe" . Lesen von Addresse 1F9AE8F4. And this: Fehler: im Befehl "(C.L.Matrix_Changetime_Nur)" (vehicles/MAN SD202//script/Matrix_D.osc) <SC_ErrorInCommand_constantinvalid>

found the cause and has removed the download, going to replace it with version 1.00 beta RC2. Sorry for the confusion, there are over 100 files to keep track of spanning over two folders.

-Found that it was an cause of an missing file, apparently the transmission consist file for the D86 was not included in the package, but since i updated the script, decided just to release newer version. Sorry for the confusion, when dealing with over 50 or so files with many of them shared between two directory's, things can get confusing
-Changes log -ditched version 1.0 and it has been replaced with Version 1.0 RC 2 -Fixed the gear selections on the ZF ecomat I, if one is selected, the bus will stay in the 1st gear, if lock up in second gear is selected, the transmission will remain in 1st unlock, if lockup in first gear opition is selected, the bus will lock up in 1st gear and stay in second gear -rethought my position on the start in 2nd gear option, I only restrict that to the earlier version of the ZF for now. On my to do list, will give the user the opinion to do whatever via the consist file
If any additional bus appeared in the bus selection menu, go into these directories \MAN_SD200\ and \MAN_SD202\ and delete all of the *.bus files with the "_zf", then reinstalled the package in the vehicles directory. After doing that, make sure that these buses no longer appear in the bus selection menu. If they do, then the *.bus is installed in the wrong directory, eg.. \MAN_SD200\sounds. So use the windows search option. None of the packages has the *.bus files accidently placed in any of the directory besides the main one of that bus.
If the prior gear is within range, it will downshift an gear - you can control the range by opening up the consist file and look for these values

ya......it's me again.
I'm so sorry to tell you that there are so many bugs in RC2......
the SD83 SE: the 1st gear looks like losing power and it does not change to gear 2, 3, 4......
the D86: does not change gear and the bus becomes "crazy" when applying brakes
and the D92 with ZF 6HP502 cannot be loaded
thank you

Great update (although I've only tried the D92), just one or two things. Firstly the wooing sound going into 3rd across to 4th (I think it's those gears) is very loopy... at higher revs it keeps repeating itself and it's really annoying lol. The other thing is if you rev it in neutral the revs take a very long time to return to idle once you let go of the throttle. The script itself is fantastic though, I love it

Done something which I did not want to do and reinstalled OMSI to get to the bottom of this. Apparently I have found that the Sd83 was missing the cockpit_83.osc file, secondly, the Sd92 with the 502 was missing its consist file. That is the cause of the errors, everything else tested out normally. This is one the default version of omsi.
RC3 hopefully not a fail!! Changelog - Should have all of the files which were missing in version RC1 and RC 2, Hopefully!! -Fixed the Ecomat I bug where the transmission would act funny in the 1st gear/gang -fault found in the script which caused the sudden acceleration on the Ecomat I script. Apparently one of the endifs was missing.
Yes the Sd92 - 592 fleet numbers are between 1101-1125, was not too sure if the AI was going to conflict with that. So decided to renumber them.
Also do not load up SD202 - D92 - ZF 6HP-502 until the next verison, I do know that there is an bug, but if you want to fix the bug, open up the engine_constfile_D92_ZF_D281.txt file. Go to
Code:
[newcurve] governor [pnt] 0 1
[pnt] 1 0
[pnt] 1.1 -1
Replace that with these values
Code:
[newcurve] governor [pnt] 98.5 1
[pnt] 100 0

It's nearly perfect, the SD83 ZF Normal has a bug: When i choose "2", it reacts same as "3".
The D92 ZF6HP-502 has some glitches between the 2-3 and 1-2 or in that way. it sounds not very well.

I really like you're zf sound. But after the update i have a few questions.
1) the two D83 buses with zf are not so good. After totally top the bus there is a sound to hear why? 2) downshift from D92 can much better i think?
I real like the loud gear change. Great work!!
I hear from you about my questions i hope.
Ps. sorry for my bad English

On the Sd83 within the package, not really but I am working on it. The stage where the bus has to relock up again causes some issues...I think I got it all sorted out though.
On the Sd92 592, sure, but you have to know how to work it, the kickdown on the Sd92 will activate if you are decelerating at around 35-40 kph or so, if you re floor it sharply, the gears will kickdown to the 2nd gear for a few seconds. Going to see if I can get topodyn implemented on the other throttle settings as well to make the kickdown more noticeable. Another feature is, if you were to double tap the gas in 1st gear, the bus will hold the gear, but again that is still being worked on..

I think the gears (or some at least) also kick down if you double tap the gas.

I downloaded the RC3 version once more and it's working fine. I don't know why not working before, but now it's great! Thank you very much! (Excuse me for my english mistakes.)

SD202 - D92 - ZF 6HP-502 is not working, it isn't gear up from 1st gear so it's max speed is about 5 km/h If i push the throttle with it, the rpm falls, and the battery light blinking.
