Okay tut mir leid, find es aber echt Traurig das es welche gibt die vorm PC sitzen im Internet Surfen und keinen Plan von richtiger Antivirensoftware haben, dann schreien Sie "Virus"
Als Uploader gibt man sich mühe anderen etwas bereit zu stellen und dann kommt eine Aussage und wirklichen fund.
Sowas nervt einfach nur, ich werde / habe den Text geändert.

P.s. Alles was ich Uploade wird 3x geprüft, hochgeladen, dann von mir selber nochmal Runtergeladen und nochmals auf Viren geprüft, damit keine Viren auf dem weg nach Oben dazu kamen.

Naja, ob jetzt AntiVir die richtige Antivirensoftware ist, stelle ich ein bisschen in Frage. Bei mir hat dieses Programm schon garantiert harmlose Sachen als Virus abgestempelt und richtige Viren einfach "übersehen". Auch wenn es teuer ist, sollte sich jeder ein Antivirenprogramm kaufen, die sind meistens am besten.

Als nutzer ist man immer nur in der lage etwas zu bekommen, wenn man sich auf 300000 Seiten Registrieren muss, d.h seine "DATEN" angeben !
Du willst nur schnell und unkompliziert mal was haben, aber neinm,... zwang einer Registrierung!

Ich bin einer von denen die es lieber für die "allgemeinheit bereitstellt", Tadel mich ruhig dafür, aber ich verbreite keine Viren, keinen Müll, es ist die genaue Datei so wie sie war.
Zumal es ist Kostenlos, würde man sonst Geld dafür Zahlen, würde die Rechtslage auch anders aussehen und ich es nicht machen.

This software is licenced as FREEWARE. It cannot under any circumstances be uploaded to any websites, and the only place to obtain a legal copy is: http://omsi.aussiex.org

and:

It prohibited to upload this software to any other server than OZx hosting
(http:\\aussiex.org).

So your action is illegal.

As owner of Spandau Xtreme i'll advice you to remove Spandau Xtreme V1.3 from the server you placed it on.

First of all: thank you fery much and it looks absolutely superb. Well done!

I started experiencing the map by following the 337 route from Falkensee Hbf to S+U Rathaus Spandau.
Now I would like to adress a major error I encountered. There is a crossing that is placed incorrectly. I can't drive through without making my passengers angry. This crossing is located after you leave Spandau at the freudstrasse in the direction of Falkensee. I believe it is the crossing Spandauer Strasse - Staakener Heuweg -> Pestalozzistrasse (according to Google Maps).

Unless He has gone through the Legal processes of getting it Licensed to that server ONLY (which i doubt) it is not ILLEGAL to post it somewhere else, just not wanted. and yes we should accept that. But David R keeps going on about Legality. I.E he's stated that it is 'Illegal' for certain members of this very forum to have it. And i highly doubt 1. that is in fact possible 2. IF possible i doubt he's gone to that kind of extreme.

I'm having the same issue here.

Overall though this is a great route, wonderful job!

Open editor and move it. Tried it, works.

The problem with the crossing is fixed in V1.4. That one is also released.

A short answer on the subject of hosting of Spandau Xtreme

I've choosen for the OZx forum to host my Omsi add-ons. It's a easy way to stay in control of my products and the people behind OZx are friendly and cooperating.

You have to register but so far as i know, that data isn't used for everything else.

Personnaly i prefer registering above some site where you can download but first have to wait for a minute, get a awful lot of advertising on your screen and never know of the download is save.

As mentioned above, i want to stay in control of my creations so that's the reason why i don't want it uploaded to some other server. Uploading can be possible but not without my permission.

And final: Spandau Xtreme, and the other maps i'm making, are freeware and can used by everybody who like to use it. No exceptions there.

My site pumps out 3-4 Terabyte per month so I like to limit the abuse to a minimum. I trust you understand

Any legalities claimed by the EULA included in exclusive software to OZx can and will be enforced under Australian law. I have done it before and I will not hesitate to do it again. I take great pride in protecting the authors who host their software so kindly on our servers.

Take no malice out of the above though, I am just explaining how things are, not directing it at anyone, I am just clarifying
