Yeah, Calmed down a bit now but I was looking forward to this all week. Extremely dissapointing.

I agree, a game like this is worth waiting for. After all, you haters that boycott lessen the amount of people downloading so I get it sooner.

First of all, I'd like to say that I have had massive problems downloading from Aerosoft in the past, and am not really surprised. They are not good at maintaining their site, and even though they might try to blame it on their provider, I believe it is ultimately their fault. A site of that caliber, that carries that much exclusive content, with that many customers, should, if nothing else, get a better provider, dammit... I've never once loaded their site to find it quick and responsive, it's always sluggish and frequently gives all kinds of database errors. And their careless announcement that they are not going to take an extra hour on Saturday to fix it, and only going to tend to the matter on monday, which is nearly three days away, is infuriating and typical of their unprofessionalism.

But...

WHY are all you people have come here to wash out your frustrations on the poor, innocent developers?.. Aerosoft has a feedback and support section, you should give THEM your mouthful, not rip on Marcel and Rüdiger who supplied the game to Aerosoft as promised, and a month and a half before the official release date, too! Jeeez, how quickly do you shouters think the world owes you something that you were supposed to wait for another six weeks?! Will you please come down and back off Marcel and Rüdiger?!

Go and complain to Aerosoft, give them bad ratings at review sites, maybe then they'd get off their asses and fix it tomorrow. Maybe even - and I'm being hypothetical here, of course - they would actually prepare in advance for their next release, and get a proper download server that wouldn't crash because because people are interested in a game they're selling... But for god's sake, stop venting your frustrations on the developers who had done nothing but exemplary work, providing us with the game a month sooner than expected (and giving me a great birthday present ) Even if we have to wait for Tuesday to download it, it's better than march 25th, isn't it?..

Short news: Some people in the German forum have reported that they were able to buy and download OMSI whithin the last 30 minutes. But obvously it has only been a narrow time slot. So it might be worth trying once in a while.

Yup, though aerosoft havn't confirmed it being fully released on Monday and no doubt come monday, it will be chaos again.......and we'll be forced to wait.......again. They just said they would have "more info" on monday, nothing about a full release........it's a shambles, OMSI will be the last game i buy from them!

can't the developers (Marcel and Rudiger) just cancel the agreement with aerosoft and give it to steam to publish, we would have it within the hour lol!
