haha, still a question: I'm still wondering whether those fantastic functions support right-hand-drive buses or not?

Erm, I think you want to know if there is left handed traffic possible? We didn't test this yet...

If you want a right hand drive bus, you'd need a map with traffic on the opposite side of the street, and if it's not possible to have traffic on the left, than scratch the idea of making a RHD bus!

A few questions......
When driving the buses on the snow, will they still skid like the one in the first OMSI video?
Is there any details of what the general system requirements will be? Even if its just a guess?
Thanks!

No more guessing, here are the official minimum system req:
And of course the bus will skid, they haven't removed that feature.!
Hope I've helped!

Are you sure those are the official system requirements? I'd be very suprised if OMSI only required a 128mb Graphics Card, especially with all the features that have been put into the game. Hopefully Marcel can confirm this.

They have confirmed these system requirements in the German section, theser ARE official. But still, this is the MINIMUM... which means every settings as low as possible. The more the better

I can't find the post where MARCEL confirms it, you ARE NOT Marcel!

Why can't you just trust me when I'm writing, I won't post any stuff you asked THEM if I didn't know They did not exactly confirm it, but they've never said that those system requirements are wrong... so I guess they will be right, won't they?

Janniboy is right. And so is Aerosoft! If you don't believe him, than you pass along here... Do YOU THINK Aerosoft as a PUBLISHER of the game would lie to us and tell the wrong minimum system specs?!?? I don't think so... Aerosoft probably tested this game before posting the system requirements, so they know system specs waaay better than we do....

My guess is that the actual minimal requirements are actually as low as a 1.0 GHZ processor or maybe lower. but the safe mininal requirements to get the playabity would be that which is posted on Aerosoft's site.

No, no, no! The performance datas published by Aerosoft ARE minimum required! 1.0 GHz is definitly too low!

What sort of performace would i get from OMSI with that PC specification? Would the game run?
Again, this is a question for ***MARCEL***as HE is the creator of OMSI and HE will know best!

I don't know what was wrong with my answer, but I'm not interested in that anymore... If you want exclusively talk to Marcel, you could as well write him an e-mail?
P.S.: By the way, there is also a second developer. Probably that's the reason why you didn't find a post written by Marcel concerning the requirements.
@Marcel: Of course that's not against you, but I'm wondering which kind of response he would have expected from you, you wouldn't have said more than these are the official requirements like I did, so I don't understand his problem

Btw... If HIS PC will have problems with OMSI EVEN on full then i'm really suprised, because his pc would run easly Mafia 2 on full settings... which have much bigger PC Requirements! So i hope that my answer is correct - "Your PC won't have even the smallest problems with OMSI."

It got your response though!
i have played games/sims in the past on an computer which were way below the manufacture requirements though. Some played well, others were quite sluggish.

I assume that the minimal 2.4GHz can be reduced down by cutting down on some options, am I right? Otherwise, I might just forget about playing OMSI on my brand-new 2.3GHz-fitted Toshiba...

My Machine Specifications are as Follows:
CPU: Intel Pentium Core Duo 2 Processor 2.33 GHZ E6550 Memory: 2GB DDR2 GPU: Ati HD4670
I'm not too sure if Omsi takes full advantage of dual core processors. I wonder if the minimal specifications CPU rating are for CPUs with an single core only.
i wonder if it will play well on there and also i have several questions.
1. I have been reading the german board via translation on controling the bus. Is mouse control of the bus is possible with throttle/braking controls using the Y-axle of the mouse possible?
2.Also if i were to use a keyboard to drive, if I were to complete the turn, would the steering retract back to its original position? I remember reading via translator that the steering will not retract back to it's original position. Again I read this with the use of a translator.
3. What will happen if I were to go off road and crash a bus into a building or better yet accidentally crash into a car? Are there collisions? I know it is a dumb question but I found out some sims does not have collisions. I know that damaged models are not yet supported.

1) Enough for medium / full. (Don't think that, OMSI need high-end PC, this game is great, but there are game which got more advanced graphic and PC like @up is enough to play on medium. ex. Colin Dirt) 2)Yes 3)I think yes, vBus got it in settings, or it's like most games. 4)You will just stop, if i understood Marcel good.
