Which file controls the LCD text colour?

Hi,

Can anyone just quickly help me by telling me where I find the setting or graphic to change the colour of the text on the lcd display of the IBIS machine?

During the day time it uses a light colour and at night uses black. I would like to change it for a mod that I am making.
