Very sad and unfortunately realistic video of what happens on the streets all over the planet every day.
I hope this shows the one or the other what might happen when disobeying the rules and driving distractedly.

I'm gonna start getting my driving license in summer; you hope you never get in any of these situations as an innocent victim

It perfectly shows how it looks in reality...
You might not care about anything, you can risk your life, but... what could happen if you survive an accident but other person don't?
Could you live with this feeling for rest of your life? You'd have no choice...

It's really hard to understand but in every moment of our life we can become a victim or a murderer.... And it's always an accident, isn't it?

Doesn't fit to the topic itself very well but this little story says exactly what you've just written:
I'm not sure where I've got this story from, could be from the newspaper, I'm not sure. All this has happened many many years ago.
On Friday 13th, a superstitious man decided to stay in bed all day long so that nothing could happen to him... no car crashes, no flower pot falling onto his head, no "black tomcat from the left".
But while he slept, the nail which held a painting (heavy frame) on the wall next to the bed fell out of the wall and the whole heavy painting hit the man in his bed. Dead.

It just shows your thesis above, you're never really safe, everything could happen to you anytime.

Drive Volvo, these are safe cars. Just incase. And always look a second time to the sides before crossing streets!! I have been involved in a car accident once before, but nothing happened, the car was just damaged but I could've died as it was only the drivers quick reaction which saved us all.

Gosh, I feel sick after having seen this. I hope everyone adjusts his driving and his attitude to avoid situaltions like that. I have been driving for more than 20 years now and - as everyone - I am still making mistakes. Temporary lack of concentration, wrong self-judgement, all the things that make me human. So I have to take it extra slowly to have some kind of safety margin and be aware of being human.
Be careful, all of you! Life can be over quickly either way. The drivers who have caused accidents where they have switched off a life-light don't have a happy life anymore either. Sorry, I am bloody confused, shocked and touched from the video, so I can't really tell in a structured way, but I wanted to post my feelings.

I can only second that.

I`ve learned one thing from this video... If you crash in someones rear end, do not check for material damage in the first place but go to the vehicle you`ve just hit to see if there is a victim laying under or before it. I didn`t see that one coming. Other than that this video shows that you should never take risks (unless you have a totally clear view of uncoming traffic, walking people, etc.) and try to be focust all the time.

After watching this video i now realise.... I REALY , REALY DON"T WANT A LICENSE DRVER. Jeez it's shocking. I'll stick to driving on pc !!
