Stupid truck driver! Fancy not knowing his load wasnt big enough to go under the sign...and nearly causing havoc for everyone else.
Well at the least the passengers didnt react like OMSI passengers and blame the driver for slamming on the brakes

The miracle that is modern bus brakes
I have been on a bus a number of times when the driver had to hit the brakes that hard (Volvo brakes FTW), once from around the limiter at 90km/h, and it stopped that quickly with no skidding lol. Modern Volvos have some of the best brakes around, I've been behind one when it slammed on the brakes doing about 20mph, it stopped quite literally instantaneously like a brick. Easily within half a metre. It's just witchcraft, thank goodness we have seatbelts lol, we need them often enough (a dog one day on the other hand... it had already slid down to the front of the bus by the time we hit the car)
