The road style in my town is not the same as OMSI's setting, which is right-hand traffic.
Can I make my own Splines?

Yes, you can create new splines and adjust traffic. However, I don't know how AI traffic will handle this traffic side change. There is a beta SDK that is still in development, but all content (tutorials and software) are in German.
