We are pleased with the tremendous interest in the bus simulator. Because of the large crowd, our server was stretched to the limit. Were we selling OMSIS caused by this situation to suspend, unfortunately. Although this decision was certainly disappointing for many, we think we have made in the interest of all parties the right decision. We publish the OMSI's so should be postponed until further notice. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope for your understanding.

All customers who simulator, we assure the fastest possible within our capabilities and fast processing of your order could order. Who commissioned the OMSI, download the course, provided there is no! By using these, but this can be associated with a delay.

Yes, this seems to be the official Aerosoft statement for the moment. Due to the rush, their download servers have collapsed. So the download has been postponed until Monday. Those who have already paid will get their download link in the meantime and will be able to download OMSI.

We are sorry for this information. Looks like Aerosoft didn't expect the rush to be THIS huge.

So you mean, if i already payd with PayPal, but it wasn't completed on site, SUPPORT stuff will handle this today or before monday?

I understand we are all disappointed with this, but that`s the way the cookie crumbles. Although I do hope some compensation (in the form of a discount) will be available because of this situation.

To be honest, I did not expect this complete and utter lack of professionalism from Aerosoft.
I can understand that their servers overloaded, but, not spending 2 hours on Saturday to fix this mess? Unacceptable.

Honestly, this whole situation just completely removed my will to buy this game. Honestly, if Marcel and Rudiger weren't a small team that's unrelated to Aerosoft, I'd download OMSI from some warez site on the internet in a heartbeat. But, out of respect for both of them and their hard work, I'll wait patiently untill monday.

We can all rant all we want, but the fact of the matter is that the lazy ass idiots at Aerosoft won't fix it untill Monday. I'm extremely dissappointed at this.

Need to do on purpose and not buy the game, and download it as pirated, intentionally!

You'd be hard pushed to find a game these days that is available on the first announced release date anyway. If this is your reaction to a very small delay, I'd hate to have seen your reaction to the Gran Turismo 5 delay!

You've managed to wait over a year for this title, is another couple of days really going to hurt?

To the people asking for compensation: Show some respect. You expect compensation for a miniscule delay?


Have some patience, relax, go do something else, the game will be out when it's out.
