Approximately how many pages is the manual, since I'm a bit iffy if I should buy cartridge or print on the current ones, because I am not an alt+tabbing fan, but want the download version

Yes translation tools are never great admittably, but some English is better than none, and if you are a manual guy like I am, then, as a famous chain would say, Every Little Helps!

Of course its only a temporary measure until English manual comes out. It's just, when we are presented with an English version of the game this Friday, we can't be bothered to wait a few weeks for a manual. Do what DIMI does and suss it out yourself, or of course translate it vaguely.

Roll on Friday...

I agree, we all cant wait, although it's not far 5 weeks is a lifetime for this game. I can speak for myself and say i've never been more excited about a game title on the PC for a very long time!

Kudos to Marcel and Rudger (sorry if i've spelt your name wrong) - One query though, is the download roughly going to be the same price as a boxed version?

Owing previous games, probably a teeny weeny (by .05) cheaper lol! Its the delivery of the boxed version which makes the MAIN difference between the download and boxed version.

I may have to revert my comment, I cant wait for the boxed version but for the sake of having a physical manual to read just makes it like argh!! must have it

I agree with your point as well. It will be difficult to translate, but every bit of info helps indeed.

^^ Here here, because of the technical detail, we may be playing it without using it to its full potential. However i will happily sit there and press every button, and if it's wrong hit restart.

OK. on 18th from Aerosoft shop the download version is out, in both German and English. You will also get a German PDF manual, but not an English one. The Manual is basically an Insturction Booklet you get in Boxed games, but its digital. A few days after, as mentioned many many times before, you can download the English manual from Aerosoft shop for no charge.

Can i just say, that if the game is in english, there should be a controls page under options that allows you to change controls or view the current ones, who needs a manual?

Lol, I guess Ill take a pack of 3 or 4, cause I am quality control xD. But then again, I'll just break it to essentials as in bus functions and the front cover and rear cover.

Be aware, I put that up to countdown to midnight which is start of release day (18th of course) At the end of the countdown it should say "OMSI will be released today!"
