Options not save

Hi, i have problem. When i start OMSI and go to options, it is ok, but now i click on OK, and error message with code "004054C3" and adress "0000003A". I can click OK, again go to options, click OK and its good. But i start OMSI and options is default :-(. In my log is:
4 16:16:48 - - Error: Options could not be saved!

Please help me.

Run OMSI as an Administrator

» graphic options? Mirrors?
» No engine sound after loading up my save game?
