Creating a new map from Scratch

Hello all,

I've attempted to create a new map from scratch, followed the instructions in the SDK Manual, but the map does not appear in the list of maps when you start the simulator.

Is there an additional step that you need to do that they've left out of the manual? What is the bare minimum required within the map to get the map to appear in the list?

I have no problem copying their default maps, they appear in the list perfectly fine, the only problem I have is when creating a new map from scratch.

Any help much appreciated!
