Scunthorpe V3 Released

Hi

Have you made sure when you selected the vehicle in the screen, you made sure it was the Scunthorpe depot (it isnt the default)

Also on the IBIS monitor, if you say type in 02200 and then 01, it will appear blank on the monitor, but if you F4 to outside of your bus, owing you did the above step, it will display the desintation!

At Smallhail - there is actually a technical reason why this isnt a feature anymore - it was once but it caused a few too many issues. Consult the little 'Bus Station Diagram' so you know but this is the combo - 6 and 9, 12 and 22, 33 and 34 and 11.

hmm i know that it once had 2 stops (Bus Station) which caused the AI to have a problem but when driving it i never noticed a problem myself.

Just a quick note to say I am investigating the problem with the IBIS system. It would be helpful if somebody could actually tell me what is happening, as it seems to be working fine from my end...

Is it not displaying the terminus inside or outside the bus, or both?
Is it saying 'False Route', or just going blank?
Are passengers still getting on the bus?


With knowing which stand to end your previous run on, you ideally should refer to the bus rotas in the download, but as a rule of thumb,

Route 6 will always start from Stand 1, and end on either Stand 1 or Stand 2 (your next run is either another 6, or 9)
Route 9 will always start from Stand 2, and usually finish on Stand 1 (bus will usually become a '6')
Route 11 will always start and finish on Stand 2 (bus will always run another '11')
Route 12 will always start from stand 5, and usually finish on Stand 2 (bus will usually become a '22')
Route 22 will always start from Stand 2, and usually finish on Stand 5 (bus will usually become a '12')
Route 33 will always start from Stand 4, and usually finish on Stand 5 (bus will usually become a '34')
Route 34 will always start from Stand 5, and usually finish on Stand 4 (bus will usually become a '33')

Its common for buses to run onto different services in the early morning. In earlier versions, I tried to end the run at the bus stop entering the bus station, however this caused a traffic jams, as buses would wait their until their next run was due to start. You will always use the same 'Route Code' no matter which stand your bus will terminate at... Hope that makes things abit clearer...

Downloaded this map last night.

I love the Newcastle Pro map, but I have to say for realism of a british town centre with narrow streets etc, this is brilliant, and is definately my favourite map, could not stop driving it!!

Well done! your patience and skill for developing this map is greatly appreciated by me.

I did notice one very small error, the bus stand no. 2 has stand no. 3 written on the post by mistake.

Can't wait to see any updates and newer versions going forward.

Just driven on the 2.1 versions and wow its spectacular. Really cant wait for future improvements and more routes! Keep up the fantastic work!!

The thing to is to load it and it takes me around 5 minutes to load the route. Dont click anything as it make the program fail, just click load and then try and leave it.

If nothing happens after 5 minutes then re-try and the second time it should work.

Ok will give it a try, maybe im just being impatient

Yes be patient, due to the amount of files used it takes about 5+ minutes to load, i will admit at times this can create a Lag issue but on most systems this map will run perfectly if you find lag and you still want to drive this map you can remove objects but NEVER upload a modified version to any site as it is not allowed

Ive not been on a map with roundabouts and im impressed with the layout.

This is the only map i can use without the buses jumping hahaha

i for a fact am certain he is making a new version of this map, but me being struck to confidentiality i am unable to tell you whats coming up nor can i tell you when its going to be released, but look forward to it, as i am also

what are you writing in the line/kurs (i think) section?

I write Line/kurs 03300 and Route 01- " False Route" and so for all other routes.

Not sure what the problem could be, as that should work. Have you double checked you have selected the 'Scunthorpe' depot file, and also removed any previous depot files from earlier versions of the map, before installing the current version? If that does not solve the issue, may I suggest re-downloading and installing to make sure, as you are entering the correct codes, which should work...

warum mmacht nich jemand eine map von geldern und walbeck das liegt so in NRW were toll wehn mal jemant auf die google map schauen würde und das mal machen würde ich würde es ja selbst machen nur ich verstehe nich wie man das macht aber were toll wehn sich jemand die zeit davür nehmen würde es ist eine tolle stad und ein tolles dorf also walbeck ist ein dorf und Geldern eine stadt nur so zur info

One problem i have actually just found is on service 33 from Scunthorpe BS.

Signed up for Bottesford via Westcliff but for some reason the passengers dont get on so is this destination screen meant to say something else?
