BUG: comment in osc-file generates error when preceeded by tab

When the character ' is proceeded by a tab, an error is generated.
When loading the bus, which the osc-file with the <tab>' combination
belongs to, an error message shows up which says

Zitat :

'[last-word-of-comment]' is not a valid float value

where [last-word-of-comment] has to be substituted by the last
word of the last comment line.

this error message itself is missleading and thus wrong as it does not give any clues
on what error occured and how it can be corrected.

furthermore should it be allowed to have an indented comment.

please correct this wrong behaviour!

Please mind, that "wrong" everytime needs rules what is "wrong" and "right"! And in this case the rule is: "Place ' on the first position", so the behaviour is not wrong, just not typical! (it is a bit like FORTRAN! )

The error message is not good, I know - but at least we had not the time to implement an adequat development environment for our script language...

I will add it to our to do list...!
