File Names

Just a small request to all developers.
Please, do not name the files of your projects in german, polish or whatever else languages.
It is real trouble to rename and correct your specific letters in different encoding system in a hundreds of files.
I'm sure, you would appreciate that many people from different countries will see your job here.

So please, use english names and letters as all progressive humanity does.
