Damn, really odd. The messages that appear in the logfile are "common" and happen on other maps too. They don't compromise the game runtime. I know it's disappointing, but I will ask you to wait more, I'll be here at my pc trying to find a solution for those having problems. People at OMSI.Cz are also helping me.

Could you verify the following to me? I just want to make sure that the setup package is not causing any issues, so I can advance on other possible parts:

i can verify that all of those folders are correct as listed, except for the ticket packs folder which contains 284 files and not 285. It does have the correct amount of folders.

Just did 99 to aeroporto, just a few things, euroville turn a bit tight, and the turn at bib bruno a the AI buses just turn into you, the turn is too tight again

my driving ends up 0.0% sometimes due to the dips in the roads haha. Also I keep getting the omsi.exe error at the stop before terminal cargas. (back doors do not shut properly) I solve it by keep pressing enter and it eventually goes away

Oh, that "Praia Germana" stop? Please don't stop there I described the possibility of an Access violation on that busstop. This bus stop will definately going to be removed of the map, since it gives this mysterious error.

Hello! I've been doing some stress tests on Tropical City, by increasing the number of Unscheduled vehicles. In my computer, it started to get these Violation Errors if I set the limit of unscheduled cars more than 200. I started with 1000, and failed, then 700, 500, 300, 220, then 200, and the map loaded. My PC doesn't tolerate more than 200 on this map.
Please try to load the map with a minimum number of UNSCHEDULED cars (e.g. 30 or 50) and if it works, try increasing the number until you find a limit before "crash". If even this doesn't work, please let me know (again). If you want to try, also set the number of Humans to a small amount (e.g. 50 or 100).
I've been checking every tile on this map this afternoon and I couldn't find "structural" errors.

If i load the map without muses i get the error, but if I load the map on the last situation on the map it works

Does anyone know why the map is not showing in map menu.....i installed manualy because i did read a few post back and saw the problem with another Omsi folder ....Thanks 4 help! P.S. Congrats to the creator ....a realy amazing map ....can't wait to try it !!!...Thank you !!
Many thanks flo9ryn! I recommend trying the automatic install. The issue of the installer happens rarely, so it may work for you. Anyway, could you check if there exists the folder TropicalCity under your \maps\ folder? If yes, could you check if there is the file global.cfg? This is the most required file to make OMSI to "see" that a this folder has a map.

I did try the automatic install (redownloaded ...reinstalled) and i have TropicalCity in my maps and the global.cfg .....still no luck !! I did instaled the 2 addons (sulo bin ...and the other blablabla name). Could be a problem with my Omsi ?!

Oh, I wouldn't say for this moment that is a problem with your Omsi, to avoid reinstalling it and spending one activation with Aerosoft. Let's try some things before. Could you post a printscreen of your \m-r-software\maps\TropicalCity\ folder? Thanks.

Hm... all the files are there (including the most important global.cfg who is called by OMSI to get city name at game start). Really odd. Do you have other custom maps? Well, that might be an obvious question, but it's never late to ask. If you have, well that's very odd that OMSI is not seeing TropicalCity folder My first guess before you post the pics was the possibility of the directory be installed like that: \maps\TropicalCity\TropicalCity. But everything is really correct (at least to make it appear at loading.)
Just one more guess: are you trying to "Load situation", like the 'Depot Parade' of Spandau ? Tropical City just comes with a "last situation", but when you click at "Load Situation" the map does not appear. I'm justing asking this for a precaution.
If none of the previous helps, would you mind reinstalling OMSI?
