Display boards

Hi, i am having abit of trouble and i thought you guys may be able to help. basically what it is the electronic display boards at bus stops where are they? people have said that they are on their maps but they never show up on mine. please can you tell me how to get them on my game thanks.

Try increasing the Max Object Complexity under Options -> Graphics tab -> move the slider of Max Object Complexity to 3 ("Also showing detailed objects: Park benches,...").
