[05.06.2011/UPDATE] --> New Berlin-Spandau Map V1.4 + New Route Map for all lines :)

Yes of curse they are very good. Do you make it for Every line from this Berlin Map ?

At the moment it is only the line 5, but I will make a list for each line.

By the way (to Cristian):
I found a mistake by the line 5N. The bus 1 drives from the depot to Seeburger Str and arrives at 00:40, but then the next trip start at Waldkrankenhaus at 00:50, so the bus is at the wrong station.
By bus 2 it is so, too.
For the next update you must change the first trips

first : I love your edited map of Spandau. There're so many new lines. Great work, very well done!

A few minutes ago, I took a ride on the 94 bus from Aalemannufer to Heerstr. Gymnasium. At Heerstr. Gynamsium I saw that :



There're that much new cars, so the other cars can't drive anymore. Maybe you can fix it in your next releases. ;-)

Last time I did that line I swore it was just a mudbath and not a turning circle?

Wenn ich jetzt aber einen Bus lade und mit "OK" weitergehe, ist die Liste der "Eintrittspunkte der aktuellen Karte" leider leer, somit kann ich die Karte nicht nutzen... Kann mir jemand helfen!? Bitte

Even, I found this mistake at the line 13, too. I think it would be better if you look at all lines and correct this mistakes

Just a request for the next update (When it will be there). Maybe you can add some routes, which have some part runs too? Could also be fun if you could make a fictious Tegel Airport.

Part runs? Do you mean for example -> 13 between Hahneberg and Maxim. Koble Str. and 13 between Hahneberg and Am Omnibushof ?
I can think about it.
In my city (and nearest areas) there are no part runs like in Germany. Every line has own route to run through. So it's why I didn't add it.

All sugestions are welcome because this map is directed to you, guys

About Tegel Airport: I always think about it. But unfortunately, it's not so simple and I wonder I'll be able to do that becasue of map's size. I don't like to rush and build streets with no urban area. So it will take much much time before it's done.
First I am going to build Ruhleben.

It took much time to build S Bahnhof Staaken (despite it's not so big area) but when you drive there, you can see you're in city and not only 2 buildings, one shop and few trees

I very like Your map, but I have a little sugestion... Now bus lines are only one varient of route. Maybe you can make different varients of lines? For example, line 97N extended to Hahneberg or shortened additional routes in rush hours, for example - line 34 shortened to Friedhof. Interesting will be too changes of lines in one course, for example 97 to 94 and inversely. Last drives from terminus to depot, with passagners will be attractive too.
Maybe my idea is so curious but I thing it make the game so much interesting and attractive.

With no doubt you're right. Good ideas, but there's one big problem
If I want to do this, it would be impossible to set route helpers clearly.

And by the way -> Line 34 is already supporting route for line 97.
Same as 31 for 91, 35 for 56.

This is how it looks in my city. There are no part runs or something as I said in previous post.

X, 1X - short-distance lines (e.g. 5, 13)
3X - supporting lines (e.g. 31, 34, 35)
5X, 6X - middle-distance lines (54, 56, 63, 69)
7X, 8X, 9X - long-distance lines (80, 91, 92, 97)
1XX, 2XX, 3XX - express lines (100)
5XX, 7XX - rular lines (none yet )

Hallo ich habe die neue Spandau Karte heruntergeladen. Die Karte funktioniert nicht in meiner Karte Auswahl angezeigt. Kann mir einer sagen wie ich muss insterlieren. Ich habe es unter C: Program Files / m.r. Software / Omsi / Karten Insterliert.

You have to replace 'OMSI' folder from archive with the original one (default directory: X:\program files\m-r-software)

Doch ich spreche Deutsch aber ich dachte weil hier das meiste in Englisch steht. Das ich es in Englisch Schreiben muss.

I haven't found the problem here yet, so I ask you.
When I want to start the map, there is an error "There is at least one invalid track entry. "69omnibushof, Nr. 6"". I know what's meant by this, but I can't explain why this error is there. I do have all splines and crossings.

I hope you can help me.

All required splines are included with map. But these are the original ones from Marcel & Ruediger.
Hard to say for now.

Allright than a short review of my new 'Omsi' PC.

The overall performance is much better. No more freezing, hick-ups and that kind of things. Your map is started up in less than a minute. On the other hand, the FPS rate is somewhat higher but still below the minium. I run Omsi now in PC 2011 settings.

That brings me to a earlier discussed subject; how big can a map be? Very big i think but the AI traffic and lots of scenery will bring the performance down.

I hope M&R will make Omsi multicore (it uses more than one core but it concentrate mainly on one) then there are no limits anymore!!!

Just saw that there is a S-Bahn train at the railroad crossing near Am Keisteich but the train isn't driving and the crossing is activated. So all we can do here is take a nap. Until the train will dissappear. It gave me a delay of 8 minutes.

It should not be like this. It always takes approximately 1-2 mins.
When the train leaves the crossing, railway dam opens.
