Crash... what can i do???????

I bought OMSNI recently got some small problems.
First, I show you the features of my pc:
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 BIT
- Intel (R) Pentium (R) D CPU 3.00 Ghz
-Memory: 4 GB

When I open the game, certainly the graphics settings are wrong, load the map, and the bus started to jump, it moves really hurt the game, like in the video:

There is hundreds of topics about this "jumping buses" problem.

Lower your graphic settings in OMSI. And don`t ask how to do that, I`m not teacher.

Try the following

Graphics

reduce the target frame rate to 20

Max. Obj. Visibility distance to 200

... For reflexions 0

Real time reflexions None (i know that isnt the same to play without the mirrors)

Particles sistem 100 till 300

plus no P.S. in reflexion

Graphics (Advanced)
Remove Bump map, limit all bus to 256 pixels and put Real Time Reflexions to 1

Give a try after that and say something

I have another problem, when I play on the "Spandau" I move the game to images, go very slow, it will be the fps? How do I increase performance?
