Pilzdorf Map

Anyone has trouble loading the IBIS/Roll Signs for this map? It seems like this map does not have any files for IBIS/Roll Signs settings.

You can get the map from www.omsi.cz by the way under downloads.

When you create a new bus, make sure you selecter Pilzdorf, because this map won't select it for you by default.

I am able to load the map, I just have problem loading the bus "display number and IBIS" in the map. Apparently the bus signs and IBIS code that I am able to load are from other maps

When you Add New Bus, select Pilzdorf from the depot list, instead of the default Dieerste.

I've only played this great little map with matrix busses. I'm not sure it came with the files for the roller blinds but I could be wrong.

It's a cracking little map; 5 routes!

I am driving an SD80 at the moment, and they are there. (btw amazing map, finally someone made proper-sized roads )

Ah cool, that's good to know. Yes the roads are tight and you have to really overhang the front of the bus over the pavements to get it round wide enough. A good challenge!

Oops, I just realised I typed omni.cz in my first post, its actually omsi.cz

So from the download section on that website, what exactly do I need for the map to work? including timetables aswell?

The timetables are included with the map.

Different maps have different way of installing for example, the pilzdorf map requires you to extract all the files first. Once extracted, there should be 3 files: A text document, another .rar file and a pdf document.

Text Document -> Installation instructions
.rar File -> Extract to the "m-r-software" folder
PDF Document -> Timetable and route codes


Other maps like Meisendorf have an auto-installer while Dortmund map requires you to manually place the files inside the folders of omsi. They have an installation instructions though.

Lines 1,2 and 5 depart every 15 minutes at 00. 15. 30. and 45 from both terminuses
Lines 3 and 4 depart every 15 minutes at 05. 20 , 35 and 50 from both terminuses

They all start at around 5:00am and finish around 00:00midnight!

There is version 1.1 out now, it has some expanded roads, and a new line (Linie 6), which i must say is a pretty good one.

I have installed it successfully and sorted out the vehicles, but why cant I sort out the IBIS? It seems to not work, the AI have it correctly displayed, but when I type in 00100 or any number replacing the 1 and then type route 01 or 02 it comes up as falsche route. any idea why?

Pitzdorf is a truly wonderful map to test one's driving skills. If you can make it in service without passenger complaints, accidents, or kerbing the bus, you've done EXCEPTIONALLY well!

Yes there is, but it's 001 in this depot file instead of 013 in Berlin and Grundorf

the link for 1.1 isnt up anymore on the mirror posted on the previous page, and I am unsure if the one on the website is updated (since the text still says 1.0)

I've made a new depot file, made new rollbands and also added a line list in the cab of the bus for this map (v1.1), is anyone able to ask Wizard if he minds if I release it? I would but I can't speak German. He can even use it in his release if he wants. I think it would also help some people if they don't have the depot files or some other problems, because this package would have the depot files on their own without having to search through everything.

That would be handy for the cabs most definitely.

The new Linie 6 is pretty sweet. Although it slaves the hills going up, and its still not very well timetabled...I was pleasently shocked by some of the road extensions on the existing map. This is definitely a line for the rota cards!

I've also changed the destination matrix on the buses a little bit and also the roll bands have been reprinted It's a complete package of all three things, including this handy list which I've put back in the cab. hehe.

Actually I might release it anyway because the only stuff I've edited of Wizard's files is the depot file, and nobody's going to be petty over that are they...

Line 6 is my favourite

There is not timetable for line 6!!!![

and i did choose the depot as "pilzdorf"
there is no time table for it, not playable
