A few question about OMSIbus simulator

I hust wanna ask some questions about it

1. If I purchase OMSIbus simulator from the net, can I install more than once? If yes, can I install it to other computers?
2. Is English Version available?
3. When will the CD Box Version available? (Just roughly a range)
