Any suggestions to get force feedback working on the Saitek R440 wheel? I know it's quite an old one, and it works fine in other games, but I get no force feedback in OMSI. Otherwise OMSI detects the wheel just fine. The sim is fantastisch!

Does this Saitek steering wheel come with some specific software (or any specific drivers)? For example, I have a Logitech G27 which comes with a little app that allows me to configure all specs about the force feedback feature. If you're using just the basic "Game Controller" drivers from Windows, some games may not recognize FF.
If you already use a software for that, then I don't know how to help you.

Hi, Yes I'm using the proper Saitek control panel. I get full feedback in 'test' on the panel as well as in other games. If it's any use to the devs, the Saitek wheels use Immersion Touchsense technology. Actually, it would help if someone who's got force feedback to tell me what effects I should be getting?

I gave up on the Saitek wheel and bought a Logitech GT which at £85 (Argos for UK users) is much cheaper than the Gxx models. Force feedback works perfectly, along with support for 900 degree wheel rotation. Would be nice if there was also FF for those bumpy streets though.
