Missing (?) files in OMSI

I read "Technisches Handbuch" and I've got a problem ("Houston..." ) with some files for repaint. I know that requred exterior textures for MAN SD202 (and SD200) are existing somewhere (becouse buses aren't white bricks and simulator works fine) but I couldn't find them.
In folders I can see all of textures for interior and driver's cabin. One file for exterior is in TGA format, not BMP. So where is it?

I can't find also folder „Repaint_Tool \ SD202“ and file "D92_1.rpc"

Can you help me?

PS: ... and where is Repaint Tool?

The repaint files are part of the "inofficial SDK". It's not finished yet (therefore "inofficial") but as you guys start working really fast on custom projects, we've decided to upload the current version anyway (though only in German).

German won't be problem for me - I learnt German in schools (6 years) but it was 3 years ago and I forgot a lot of words to write well in german section (Documentation of OMSI is refreshing my german )

Can't use repaint tool.

The program can't start because qtintf70.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling ht eprogram to fix this problem.

ANYONE ELSE GETTING IT MAKE SURE THE FILES ARE IN THE OMSI DIRECTORY!

I give up, it's not as "quick and easy" as they say it is.

Just copy this file from omsi directory to this directory of the RepaintTool.exe!

I sorted that it's the painting i'm talking about, It's impossible to change the yellow without something screwing up

As long as we haven't released our english technical manual, I am not sure, if you really know how to use it...?

Erm, that's the technical handbook! I don't know exactly when this will be released because there is just the half part translated yet!
