Problem with Editor - Missing OK/Cancel buttons

When i'm working with the Editor i have a problem with the Option en Label functions. I can't save my changes because the OK and Cancel buttons don't appaer in the popup.

I tried a lot of things, even reinstalling anda additional installing on my laptop. The problem don't dissapear.
