Is it possible to get a list or names of steering wheels that work for OMSI? As i've stopped playing because my keyboard just cuts out sometimes (wired) for no reason. But it just came to me about using a steering wheel but have no idea which one to get. Would be nice to get one that actually looks like everything you see in a car (wheel, gears, pedels etc) but i'm guessing it's just the steering wheel that works with OMSI and not pedels, gears etc?
Thanks

Logitech G27 is supposed to be a really good one. A tad expensive, but worth every penny. Saving up for one myself.

Hmm, Don't think I really fancy paying out £220 for one, althought it does look awesome lol but hey, maybe just maybe

Can't find any on any UK shops but looks good by looking at the images on google.
And it works great with OMSI? Like the pedels, steering controls the buses well etc?

Yep Logitech GT is what I have - very realistic, and you can map every vital control to the wheel!

I got the Driving force GT yesterday, installed and working great (well, was.) until about 15 mins ago where it just stopped responding whilst i was driving the bus All the cables and everything are connected and when I go to options > Game Controller it doesn't show the wheel as active. So I clicked my wheel in the connected game controller boxes (both) and then ticked the 'Active' box and clicked ok.
But it still doesn't respond so I went back to options > game controller and again the active box isn't ticked for my wheel.. for some reason it isn't saving it so I can use it. I have admin rights (dunno if that matters) and the little icon at the top of the little steering wheel is selected. So I don't know why it's doing this.
Has anyone else had such a problem before?

If you mean in the 'Game Controllers' part, yes. It says under status 'Ok'

I have a G27 (bought it used, cheap) and it is worth all the money. Improves the realism by 100% with its extreme force-feedback and quietness!

G27 aaaaaaaaaalll the way. Not only its awesomesauce for OMSI (MANUAL GEARBOX FTW), it has 3 pedals, meaning one can be used for announcements, or for real clutch. Next: G27 is awesome-o for other racing games. LFS, rFactor, NFS Shift 2, so on and so forth. 900", Mega FF, quietness, gearbox, leather, steel, urgh. Something brilliant.
