OMSI got crashed, question about the product code

My OMSI Simulator got crashed, the first time the system told me that I haven't activate the OMSI Simulator.
Then I went to Aerosoft Launcher and activate the code again.

But when I activated it again, the error message still appeared:
Aerosoft Launcher was not found but it is necessary for OMSI activation.Please install Aerosoft Launcher. If you have a question, please turn to Aerosoft support!

I think my OMSI bus simulator was crashed, and I want to re-install it.
I have already activated twice. If I activate it again on this computer, it will be the third time.
But the OMSI license could let me install on 3 computers with unlimited installation.

I would like to ask if the re-activation on the same computer count another computer or not. (Activate in Aerolauncher)
