[05.06.2011/UPDATE] --> New Berlin-Spandau Map V1.4 + New Route Map for all lines :)

Hello,

I´m new and I must say, that OMSI is a very good program and the maps are super. I´ve got a problem with the IBIS. When I take the 5-line then I type: "Linie/Kurs: 00500" then "Route: 01" and then says IBIS to me "Falsche Route". The same with "Route: 02". And this happens to all lines I´ve tested.

Can somebody help me?

When adding bus, please choose 'Berlin' as a depot.

Hi! I´ve tested it with "Berlin" and the problem is the same. "Falsche Route". :-(

Download the .hof file again, and change it with the old one. Maybe it would help

Hello I am having a problem with Version 1.4 several Simple Street objects are missing and I have the latest version.How to fix this?

This turn is very sharp and very narrow. We, humans, can easily drive into this road,.....but AI just can't becasue it's kind of road-path and it can't change it.
On the original map, there's no traffic at all around this place, so we haven't noticed it before. I'm sure we haven't noticed many bugs yet

As I've said, I'm only the map creator, not game creator.

Too bad because the A.I. buses should be also able to make this corner in a right way. But since you can nothing do about it I just keep my eyes closed at that point.

Are you sure it's missing or just you get the info about new splines to load ?

AI buses - one thing, player's buses - the other thing

I saw very, very strange things on the maps from our forum users and I assure you - that's not big deal

Hi! That's a fantastic map. I'm waiting eagerly for new buslines and areas.
But I have a question. Is it possible to change route 2 from line 69 in your next update. The second last turning right from heerstraße into wilhelmstraße is too tight for a bus. Even if I take the left turning lane to lunge I will crash with the pedestrian lights or/and the cars on the other side.

The only way for me is to wait until there is no car waiting on traffic lights, if so, no problem to turn there Otherwise that's a problem

That's a way. But I don't want to wait several minutes for an empty street. Time is running. That will ruin my statistics...
My suggestion is to change the last part of the route a little. After the stop at Heerstr./Gatowerstr. not turn left at big crossroad. Instead straight ahead with last stop at Gatowerstr./Heerstr. Then pass Reichstag and to the left. At last back to Am Omnibushof through the small street Wilhelmstr. For this the last stop Wilhelmstr. in the schedule should be deleted then. I don't know how to do that. I'm just driving!

You're completely right. I have problems with this junction too.
(When I was testing, there was no car at all I guess )

I hit this traffic light yesterday and I'm going to change something.
I wanted to move it away a bit, but probably changing routing for 69 would be better solution.

From Staaken station to the bus station, besides turning right from avenue to the street that links to 35s terminal, the 69 go on and turning right in the next intersection, making all the stops that made in the opposite route. Then 69 will entry from the front (like 13) into the street to bus station.

At green - new route

Can you tell me what file the train uses in the map? I'm thinking about the trains at Rathaus Spandau and the crossing near Am Keisteich.

This train (S-Bahn) is called "br275_vollzug.zug" form 'Trains' folder.

Aber bei mir kommt beim starten der Map immer "Zugriffs Verletzung" oder irgend so was in der art.

Ich weiß nicht, warum das so ist

You should reduce AI traffic in option menu. That's the only way to avoid accidents like your.
This map is very big and if you choose about 5-6 tiles to load at one time, it may happen.

I always play aproximately at value of '130' and it works as it should be.

More traffic = more risk of traffic jams becasue it's still the game

(especially screen 2 shows perfectly what I'm saying about. Too many cars at same time and they have no space to move)
