Maybe it's because of too large size or too low requiered memory or something...

Reinstalled game, same problem, for now, i can be sure that it's something with map, because ALL other maps works ok, even after re-install. Will play V1 of your map

It can not be something wrong with map becasue it works ok for most of simers.
It seems like this: my map + your hardware are not able to cooperate

Next versions are based on V1 and there's no big differences between them, except some terrain and files upgrades. That's really weird, isn't it?

One thing what can be checked but I don't think it will help.
From V1.1 there are announcements for all stops. You can try to delete it and see the result.

Yes, i'm fully agree with you, but it's not sounds, that sure, because i didn't changed something in Vehicles folder, when reverting to V1, just deleted map folder and uploaded V1 and it works great.
If you don't know, where is the problem - me either

There is one thing what's going in my mind but I will take care about this in V1.3 or something.

I can't tell when exactly it will come out because I want to add another area and lines on it.

My map is completely standalone, so for what do you need a backup of original map?

Guys, all these problems I'm reading, don't make any sense im running the same OMSI as everyone and i've got no problems, yes the frame rates can be a bit slow but the size of the map, thats understandable, it's still smooth just in built up areas the frames drop and then pick up after U Rathaus Spandau.

Installing the map, basically don't just extract using winzip to the omsi folder, unless it's a self installer file (.exe) it won't extract correctly, it will make an additional folder inside the folder it's named to extract to even with 'use folder names' ticked.

Do it the LONG way round like i've said in another post - Extract to a named folder where you keep all your OMSI add-ons and your backup for the Berlin map and then open a new window with the drive where OMSI is located and drag and drop the map to maps, and the hof files to the vehicles. (DELETE THE OLD MAP and hof file and make sure you've not placed the maps folder in OMSI, go inside the maps folder and copy 'New Berlin-Spandau Map' TO the map folder.

Secondly, delete the old Berlin.hof file, then put the new one in, along with the MAN_SD202 folder inside vehicles and so on. I'm sure Christian is being very patient with most of the users but its common sense, something else you all have done has messed up the loading of his map. I've had no problems as i do everything the LONG way round, if you do that from now on, trust me you'll only find that it works, if there is a problem however it's down to the map creator, but if it works for 80% of the users already, what are you guys doing wrong? Go back and have a look.

In next version there will be an installer (exe file) which, I hope, will solve all problems with updating/installing the map.
But first, it's necessary to make some order with files to make it as clear as possbile for users and me as well.

EDIT2 : I just downloaded the SimpleStreets addon from the forum but some files are still missing. (2 files missing still where is just where the "Grenze" were, Thanks anyway for your hard work !

Like JunGRail stated in an earlier post, I also manually install all addons. For some reason wipzip will add a extra folder in the OMSI folder if you use the self-extract option. For example C:\.....\OMSI\MAPS\MAPS\New Berlin-Spandau Map, Instead of C:\.....\OMSI\MAPS\New Berlin-Spandau Map. So I always manually extract the files to their proper location.

BTW Cristian, I didn't get that error you mentioned some people may get with V1.2. All in All great map and looking forward to those Map extensions.

Quite simply we see no AI traffic and no passengers. And I have the backups do not play reinstall, but I know not that the problem is that this is so

Excelent work your map. I don't have downloaded V1.2 yet but i will later tonight. (and get a argue with my girlfriend for driving that F*** bus again)

About the problems that other fellows encounter:

Since i installed your version 1.1 and David R's V13 i encounter a problem with the angry passengers. When one will open his mouth the system will give a error like you see above. Maybe there's missing a wav file or something like that. I try to sort it out.

Another question. I made a long busline myself (number 55) and i that import succesfully in V1.1. To run that line smoothly i had to change the timetable of some other lines (91,63, & 54). I'll think i manage to import them again. But the question is did you change any splines? If the answer is yes than i have to rebuilt my beloved line 55.

I'm not sure about this sound issue. There're no files for this at all.
It's not a component of map. It only belogns to the game.


Well, some splines have been changed but probably you will get no error with importing your route.

Had to edit the hof file of the SD200 buses to make Olympiastadion show up for the express service on the rollblind buses (no 56 on the rollblind I think), the HOF file wanted me to open Olympiastadion, while it did not exist (resulting in a blank screen). Changed it to Bln_Olympiastadion which solved the issue, would be nice if you could update your file accordingly so I (and other rollblind lovers ) don't have to do this manually each time the map is updated
