[05.06.2011/UPDATE] --> New Berlin-Spandau Map V1.4 + New Route Map for all lines :)

Hello guys !

My project is now updated and it's available to download in version V1.4 !
All informations about installing process as well as other things can be found in download package, so I highly recommend to read this first and you will get no trouble
Here we go then....

New Berlin-Spandau Map V1.4

V1.1
1. Added route helper for line 5 at Rathaus Spandau (turning right).
2. Changed Waldkrankenhaus area, Olympiastadion area, Heerstr. Gymnasium area, Mamxim-Kolbe area (traffic rules, traffic frequency).
3. Some updates in Berlin.hof file.
4. Fixed timetable for line 100 (layovers for tour 'Monday-Friday' are extented).
5. All buses will drive from depot before first service and to depot after last service.
6. Added announcements for all stops on the map.
7. Changed timetable for line 5.
8. 'Place random bus' function is working from now.
9. NEW LINE -> 34N
V1.2
1. Changed routing for lines 5 and 54 (please follow route helpers to learn).
2. Improvements of some areas (Im Spektefeld, Zeppelinstr., Spielstr., Siegallee and some new side streets).
3. Some changes in Berlin.hof depot file.
V1.3
1) NEW AREA -> S Bahnhof Staaken
2) NEW LINE -> 80
3) Some changes in Berlin.hof depot file.
4) Edited priority of AI lines.
V1.4
1) NEW LINE -> 69
2) Fixed traffic light organization at Zeppelinstr./Lindtstr.
3) Some changes in Berlin.hof depot file.
4) Added new announcements for all stops on the map (Big Thanks to Mozart )
5) Fixed 'Integeruberlauf' error.

VERY IMPORTANT !

If you have already installed former version, please delete 'New Berlin-Spandau Map" folder from your game folder
(default directory: C:\Program Files\m-r-software\omsi\maps), and then extract files of V 1.4 archive.

If you use new addon bus, please copy Berlin.hof file to correct folder of that bus.

13 - between Hahneberg and Maxim.-Kolbe Str. (via Melanchthonplatz, Am Omnibushof)
31 - between S Bahnhof Galenstr. and Reimerweg (via Altern Str., Baluschekweg)
34 - between S Bahnhof Galenstr. and Zoologischer Garten (via U Altstadt Spandau, Spandau Friedhof)
35 - between Heerstr. E Gatowerstr. and Spandau Friedhof (via Altern Str., Aalemannufer)
54 - between Waldkrankenhaus and Spandau Aalemannufer (via Zoo, Zeppelinstr.)
56 - between Maxim.-Kolbe Str. and Zoologischer Garten (via Gatowerstr., Westerwaldstr.)
63 - between Am Omnibushof and Olympiastadion (via Melanchthonplatz, Hohenzollernring)

Express Lines:

100 - between Stadtgrenze and Olympiastadion (via Am Omnibushof, U Rathaus Spandau, Platze)



Features:

* Many regular lines with diffrent timetables (workdays, weekends, holidays, rush hours) & routes as well as express and night lines,
* New (real & fictional) destination points (e.g Zoologisher Garten, Waldkrankenhaus, Olympiastadion, Heestr. Gymnasium, Maxim.-Kolbe Str. and more),
* Full working IBIS system as well as rollband textures for new places with new linelist inside buses,
* No 92E anymore:
---- for morning services it's replaced by 31 (between Reimerweg and S Bahnhof Galenstr. via Baluschekweg and new Alternstr.)
---- for afternoon services it's replaced by 5 (between U Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau and Freudstr. via Zeppelinstr. and new area called Platze),
* Express line's services only by D92 buses (for AI/for user - free to choose ),
* Route helpers are clearly set and easy to see,
* Improvment of some original map's areas and created brand-new locations (e.g: Alternstr., Fabrik, Friedhof Spandau, Siegallee, Spielstr., Platze, Zoo and many more).


Because of the real size of Berlin, some created terminuses use real names but they are placed in not real distances/areas.
I've used them to keep the climat in game

Just about to install.. looking forward to it.

You might want to change your instal instructions though as this could lead to a lot of very unhappy simmers:

Just replace your "Omsi" folder (default directory: C:\Program Files\m-r-software) with new "Omsi" folder form WinRAR archive.

This could cause a few issues to those who don't understand properly...

I guess everybody knows where has installed OMSI

All you need can be found exactly in your bus
Just take a look on the linelist.

This is sweet, very well done, I love the amount of different routes mate!

Just tried the no 5 route.. Loving it.. very very nice thank you. Are we supposed to be hearing the announcements for all stops? Because lots are missing?

Just off to try more routes.

Been thinking about it.
But unfortunately, we have two options:
1) make completly new announcements for all stops (that means all of original Spandau map, David's M37 map and so on must be replaced),
2) make announcements for new stops included in my map (that means there will be mixed up announcements).

Those files are storing in same forlder and there's no possibility to seperate them.


But in near future, I will gonna make it anyway for me becasue I don't mind it.
I can share it with you and everyone could decide to install it or not.

I think our two maps contrast eachother perfectly. Mine aims for real routes, yours are fictitious but you have more routes and variety ..... really cool, I'll enjoy both.

Me again...IBIS codes remember?
After trial and error I figured out most of them so I narrowed it down.Only coses I can't put finger on are :

Line 13N , routes 1 and 2
Line 5N , routes 1 and 2
Line 97N , routes 1 and 2

So can please ,please somebody help me out here with the right codes?Anybody will do.

To clarify I need line inputs and route inputs for IBIS

You two should meet up and build one huge map... you are both making my simming experience extremely good!! I have already deleted 6 addon maps tonight.. I think I have enough to keep me going with these two Berlin Addons ;-)
