Anyone want the boxed version for £35?

I am only posting it here cause i couldnt think where else to post it.
I ended up buying the boxed and download version of this, however now i have the download version i have no need for the boxed one.
Its brand new, only came yesterday, unopened, simply does anyone want to buy it?
Im asking £35 which is cheaper than what i payed!
