Thema: HELP! Urgent Help From Marcel / Rudiger Please! Di 15 März - 23:02
I am about 16 hours into the development of a map, in the OMSI Editor.
When I run OMSI, I now get the following error message, adn OMSI will not run:-
"Zugriffsverletzung bei adresse 004064B0 in Modul 'Omsi.exe'. Lesen von adresse 34306E5D".
- This error appears while OMSI shows 'loading textures'. - Please note that both strings of number above change each time the error occurs. - This is a standard map, using just the standard library object. No custom textures at all. - All other maps load ok in OMSI. - This map in question will still load fine in the Editor, jsut not OMSI.
Could this be related to the service number being 'X1'. I used the code 0013601 and 0013602 in the depot file.
[EDIT: I renamed every reference of the service number to remove the 'X', it is now just service 01, yet the error still persist].
Could you please, please tell me what is causing this message ? There is a lot of interest in the community for this map and I would hate all of my time and effort to have been wasted.
Thanks, David.

Ouch. Sorry to hear this.
While you're waiting for an anwer from Marcel / Rudiger, you could see if it's timetable related - make a copy of your 'ttdata' folder to somewhere else, then delete its content in the original ttdata folder. I ran into a similar situation once, and when I removed the ttdata it worked again.
If it's not that, sorry to have wasted your time.

Delete a .ttp file in the ttdata folder, since its the main troublemaker if left not finished

Thank you to you both.
(It is a shame how we don't see much from Marcel & Rudiger in the English forums at the moment ).
You were both right - the problem was indeed related to the timetable of a reduced Line (Line 200) within the route. Unable to resolve so I will start this route (trips and timetables as both seem to have been causing the issue) from scratch. At least the main Line (Line 100) is working fine, now that I've removed the timetable files for the 200 from my OMSI folder.
Thanks again for the heads up.
David.

Well, maybe it's even good, if they are working hard on fixing and adding stuff.
Or who knows, maybe they just took the money and run

Or more than likley, they just want to help German members and leave us English speaking members to plod about ourselves. Any time a problem is posted to the German section they answer fairly quickly, but if a problem is posted to the English section.........they clearly show they couldn't give a shit

Marcel and Rudiger primarily speaks German, so it makes sense to help the Germans first, then translate English solutions to similar German problems, or you can use google translate and try to get attention from Marcel and Rudger

Why, did the German people pay more for the software than the people who don't speak German? If not, why should they get priority support and attention.
I'm merely playing devil's advocate here.

If you haven't seen the German section of the forum, its more active than ours, and possibly more users, so unless we get a spike of new english users, and they notice it, maybe they could be a little more active on the English section

In many cases, a corrupted tmetable may be the reason. Try again after deleting the ttdata folder of your map (make bakups first) if the map will load. If it does, there's something wrong with the timetable.
As for our presence in the English section: I'm currently in Paris (up to Sunday), so we're one short.

Could you tell me how do you create new lines and timetables?
Can't you just edit any route already existing in game (for example: 94, 97, 54, 56, etc.) ? In this way you don't have to create new timetable files Just set new tracks, add new bus stops and it's ready to drive
Don't forget to check mark in route properties: "User is allowed to drive this line".
There are really many unused terminals and IBIS-codes in game, so if you can't manage with your own line, just edit one

Have you bothered to look in the sdk manual?

I am not asking for help lol.
I wanted to know the way he creates new routes because for me and others all works brilliant. He must make some mistakes or just forgets about something. That's why I'am asking
By the way: Is it really worth to make offtopic?

I have the same problem. Not in editor but in the game. This is the message ""Zugriffsverletzung bei adresse 004064B0 in Modul 'Omsi.exe'. Lesen von adresse 34306E5D" and it's impossible to close the game. I have to reset the system. Sometimes that message appears after about 1 hour of game, sometimes after two... at random. I haven't installed addon and the game started as administrator. I have installed 1.01 patch but the problem was also in version 1.0. Help me please.
