It would be very 'touch and go' in my opinion. OMSI seems to run like some older software in that it prefers higher CPU clock speeds. It doesn't reward multiple cores. You're clock speed is 2.5Ghz and most of the people who are seeing low / poor performance are those with clock speeds below 3.0Ghz. So that's your first issue. Secondly, OMSI seems to like 3MB of RAM (no real difference between 3 and 4+ as far as I can see but it does like a minimum of 3). You have 2MB so again that could cause problems.
But the real bottleneck is that integrated graphics card. The ATI X1250 has just 128Mb video RAM, nowhere near what OMSI (and most other modern games to be fair) would require.
I would be very doubtful that OMSI would run well if at all on your PC I'm afraid.
