Hello
I have managed to create a basic building and import it into the OMSI editor........... (yes I know its very big and the scale is wrong - this is just a test)
BUT........... there is not texture on my building
I have saved the texture in the texture folder as 256x256 bmp
This is the sco. for the new building:

This might sound like a stupid question but did you map the texture to the building whilst using your chosen 3D mesh creator, blender, 3dcanvas, 3ds-max, gmax etc, before exporting it to the required format? Bye the way, which modelling tool are you using? I use 3Dcanvas but the principals are the same.
If you're really stuck I could have a look at it for you but you would get a lot more from it if you managed to solve the problem youself.

Well I used google sketchup to make the building and just used the paint bucket tool to paint the texture on the faces.
So what do you mean by map the textures.... Im only using 1 texture for this building
- Do you think Ive done something wrong in the sco. file?

Copy texture to right folder.
Code:
texture/mytexture.bmp this_is_the.sco
The texture also has to be mapped to you building. To see the mapping open file in blender and switch to texture view. If there is no texture shown it is not mapped right now.

It should be include the texture file names like "geb_buro_01.bmp" in this example! If it contains them, please check out if the texture lays in the correct directory. If NOT, then something with the export goes wrong!
