Reskin request?

Not sure where I can put up requests but I was wondering if anyone could tackle one of these bus skins on a D92? I'd try myself but I'm having little luck with the repainting tool that is supposedly needed?

I know this isn't a double decker bus, but I'd love to see a skin made to look like this for the D92
