No AI passengers at bus stops during second run - anyone else?

I have come across the following bug several times:

I do a run, say from Standgrenze to Freud str. Everything works fine. At the terminus I change the destination sign properly, everything is set correctly. Then I start driving from Freud str to Standgrenze but there are no AI passengers at the bus stops. When I quit the simulator and start it again, the AI passangers are suddenly back at the bus stops, waiting to board my bus! (Please note that my settings are at low, it's an old PC. I think both AI passernger sliders are at about 100.

Has anyone else experienced this?
