How do I open the Editor???

I've have recently downloaded OMSI, and I wanted to have a go with the Map Editor. I followed the steps in the guide (manual SDK.pdf) up to where it says "Open the OMSI Map Editor". I can't seem to find an "OMSI Map Editor" in the source folder. How do I run this program? Thank you for your response in advance.
