Released: Berlin line 27

I have released the Berlin line 27 for Omsi in the Aerosoft forum.
The route depicts the short circle line 27 between Alt-Heiligensee and Konradshöhe in year 1989.

two things

a) .HOF file. Amazingly AI manage to suss out what to display but if I select Rollband what is the HOF depot to select etc

b) Route markers could be added in next version, although the map you provided does help!

EDIT: Sort of sussing out the .HOF but no passengers are boarding!

There is an map in the package. And the route is not that difficult I think.

First of all, thenk you Welbus for the Map, it really looks great and it's fun to drive.

Although, there's an odd problem i've got: There is no sound at all on the map. No car, no bus, no environment. Everything's gone silent. All the other maps i've installed (originals & add ons) have sound, and i already re-downloaded Linie 27 an re-copied the folders as described several times. Did I miss something? Doas the map use custom sounds I need to download? Anyone any ideads what's going on here?

Ich hab ein eigenartiges Problem: Die Map ist bei mir komplett still, es werden überhaupt keine Sounds abgespielt. Weder von der Umgebung noch von meinem Bus oder vom Verkehr. Alle anderen Strecken (original & Addons) funktionieren mit Sound. Ich hab die Karte schon mehrfach neu runtergeladen und die Ordner nach Anweisung kopiert, ohne Erfolg. Benutzt die Map evtl eigene Soundpakete, die ich mir suchen muss? Jemand ne Idee was da los is?

It's a problem of Omsi I think. I recognize this problem. Just try to switch to the F4 cam and go to a other tile of the map. When you've done that, switch to the F1 camera and everything should work again.

Thank you for your quick reply, your method works. Walking to another tile makes the sound work again. Also, I realized it never occured to me to spawn the bus at Falkenplatz, i always spawned it in Alt-Heiligensee. So i tried it, and the sound does work when I spawn the bus at Falkenplatz

Danke für die prmpte Antwort, die Methode funktioniert. Ausserdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich den Bus nie am Falkenplatz gespawnt hab, sonder immer in Alt-Heiligensee, und am Falkenplatz funktioniert der Sound tadellos.

I've had the sound issue as well. Ridiculous. Nevermind. Great looking map but there's too many problems with OMSI and personally i'm getting tired of it.

No sound on that map, other maps have tile loading issues, seems the GFX cant work out what frame to run at, too many to mention.

Please look at the post above sir/madam for more information about the sound issue. Just hit F4, jump around a bit ,and when you come back i will work. Or spawn at the other spawn point. There is sound on every map, you just gotta activate it in this circumstance!

I also think that the sound issue is in Omsi, not in my map (cannot imagine, how a map could cause a sound issue).
I had myself sound issues when building the map.

Btw, when i have time, i'll check all the reports about bugs (something in HOF file, missing destination sign for Falkenplatz etc.)
and possibly make a fixed version.

Sorry, das ich dazu auch noch eine Frage habe.

Habe mir diese Linien im Downloadbereich von Aerosoft gedownloadet. Update: Sorry, genannte Datei ist ja die Baustellenmod Spandau. Frage, wo Datei hin, bleibt aber bestehen.

Entpackt, aber die Datei ist dann eine "xxx.ams" Datei.

Wie soll ich nun diese Datei in das Omsi Verzeichnis Kopieren? Also wo muss diese hin, damit ich in Omsi diese Linie fahren kann. Eine gewöhnliche "Map" ist es ja nicht.

Wenn du ihn dir nicht installieren willst, kannst du auch einfach das Kürzel AMS in ZIP ändern und dann ganz einfach entpacken.

Hallo Welbus,

habe dir bereits eine PN geschrieben. Ich arbeite zur Zeit daran deine Map ins 21 Jahrhundert zu bringen, heißt die aktuelle Linie 324 nachzubauen. Ich bin auch schon ziemlich weit gekommen. Die Straßen bis zum Fähranleger Scharfenberg liegen, der Wald drumherum ist gabaut, Straßenschilder usw. sind platziert. Es fehlen jetzt noch KI-Busse bzw. der Originalfahrplan, ein paar Verkehrsregeln und jemand der mal drüberschaut ob das alles so gut aussieht, du kennst die Strecke doch, oder? Hoffe ich kann die Map dann mit deinem Einverständnis später mal uploaden.
