What the hell!!! That's impressive!!! I love it so much, looking forward for release date!!! As a suggestion, if you make a y-axis flipped version (aka "right-handed version"), for current roads, that would be amazing! But anyway, keep going with this high level!

then ur current work it pretty pointlesst for the time being, Omsi dosent support right hand drive and marcel dosen't know when it will, as i said in a previous post it takes 1 min to make it right hand drive

I completely agree with that.

In my opinion, creating some left-hand traffic splines will not be enough for sure.
It probably needs some new scripts or something (to make AI compatible with).

If I were you, firstly, I should know how it looks and how it could look.
I mean speaking with Marcel and Ruediger and then see what they think about.

Because you're creating a bus but you don't really know if it will be working as it should be.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Not really. I don't agree with this...

Currently the problem for left handed traffic (i.e. right hand drive) is that no English SDK at the moment.
And the team is making it. When it comes. It changes the way we play OMSI. More people know how to make buses and cities.

But still, many developers are trying to make left hand traffic.

People from left hand traffic countries would be very happy to play OMSI in this way.
I'm not saying it's not possible. I'm saying it's not prepared to be working at all but, of course, it might be changed Wink

About the video - it's not left hand traffic. It's only one of 2 parts of highway (SimpleStreets Addon by Emil if I'm not wrong) with bus stops setted on the left side instead of right.

This would be a real shame. Maybe you can think of a buscompany who likes the bus and want it too but they order left hand driving versions, that way it would not be totally fictional. And you can make if for us and never look back at the fictional version you`ve made.

I've actually tried making a simple "bus terminal" on my map using the RHD splines and junctions and it worked alright... So I don't see the problem with RHD... and I'd be glad to make a Galway map, for example, using full RHD.

I think that we should give opportunities to both Right Hand Drive as well as Left Hand Drive as they are both used in different parts of the world. So we should not deprive others of a Right Hand Drive configuration even if this software was originated from a Left Hand Drive country.

I think you should create only a new font-set. If it works only with latin alphabet, then there is still the opportunity to use upper and lower case characters too..

Then I write you here a small tut. Wink
1. Go to OMSI Fonts directory
You will see here some files. For example test1.bmp, test1.oft and test1_alpha.bmp
2. Create a copy of these files, and rename them For example JP_Example*
You will have then JP_Example.oft and bmp, and the JP_Example_alpha.bmp
3. Open the _Alpha.bmp and edit as you want. White will what you may see, black not.
If you have some special logos or something, add it to the JP_Example.bmp file, and in the _Alpha mark the same place white.
It's quite important that the images has to be the same resolution (or its integer multiple)
4. Open the oft with notepad (I prefer notepad++)
It will look somehow like this: (only German, but I added English translation)

   Here will be defined a new Char. set. This will be done using the following tags:

   {Höhe in Pixeln (inkl. vertikalem Abstand) / Height in Pixels (including vertical distance between fonts in two rows)}
   {waagerechte Lücke / horizontal gap between chars}

   [char]
   {Buchstabe / letter}
   {X-Koordinate vorne / X-koordinate (horizontal distance) from the picture's left side}
   {X-Koordinate hinten (inkl Abstand zum nächsten Buchstaben) / Y-Koordinate back (incl. gap between letters, defined at [newfont] tag)}
   {Y-Koordinate Oberkante / Y-koordinate of the top edge (distance between image top and character top)}

So your font file will start as follows:
