Rushhou traffic

Just wondering, I experienced a little bit of rushour traffic mainly causes by AI defects at traffic lights. It was around 8am. Lot of people on my bus.

Question is, is there any times I can get caught up in like 5-10 minute tailbacks? In the Uk we get lots of delays at peak times which you get used andsurvive. If so, does the traffic count thin affect it as well?
