One more question
Is the speech in english after changed.

How? do the passengers actually speak english aswell as german?

It's only the game itself (menu, options and such) that changes from German to English. The passengers still speak German, but you'll find the adequate translation/the ticket they want in the red line in the upper screen.
Open the options menu and in the "General" tab you can select the language.

If I ring the police after a crash, what will happen? Police will come over and then?

The police will come and remove any vehicles involved in the crash. It takes time to do this, and when they are done you are informed how far time has advanced. Yesterday i had a very bad accident, and managed to get a 20 minute delay!

Cars involved in crash will just dissapear after a while when police comes round? And what about the passengers? Do they stay on the bus all this time?

If you're involved in a vehicle accident, all of your passengers will complain that you're a bad driver and wants to leave your bus once you release the doors. This affects the passenger comfort rating on your work card, so make sure you don't get into a crash with passengers on your bus.
