Bloom Mod (A bit of advice)

Hi guys,

how do i get the bloom mod to stay on when driving, it looks fantastic before you add a bus, after you add a bus however, the bloom mod stops working :S Anyone kind enough to point me where i went wrong! It works just not works when Im driving.
