OMSI error

Once I clicked an AI Train and switch to manual (me to control) and switch back to AI, error begins.

After doing this ↑ silly thing and I restart the OMSI, I cannot save my options.

E.g.: if you click the "Options" button on the start screen, it says "E/A fehler 123":

and clicking Enter...Yes, the options window appears, but all the values of controls become the names of themselves, and i can't even load my option presents and save them.

lol it's ok now after twice re-installation
