Everytime i wanted to start adding a bus into the map, I got this error and won't allow me to run OMSI. It goes the same for the other maps that i have. I've added a screenshot of it.

You need to install the 1.01 patch, which can be downloaded here.

Solved, the problem. It was the ZF transmission script that was causing all this(RC6+patch now). Thanks for the help thou.
