Passengers not boarding/AI bus not showing destinations

Hello,

I'm trying to make a route for a map I'm working on - but I'm having trouble creating a functional route. I have made the tracks and trips fine - AI buses operate the routes as expected (mostly) - and you can drive the routes correctly with a working timetable, too.

However, no passengers board the vehicle, despite the correct destination display being on. Also, the AI buses fail to display their destinations - they only show the route number.
I've followed the instruction manual religiously and cannot find any reason for this to occur. This happened on a previous attempt, too (this is a fresh route). I am using the HOF Creator downloaded today, also.

In the editor I have specified the Terminus (South Devon College) correctly, word-for-word, and with correct uppercase/lowercase. I have also included the stops correctly as instructed by the manual.

Any suggestions?

Please, post correct bus stop name (terminus) and a part of hof file for this terminus.
