Route editor release

Hi guys,
I heard that you are gonna release the route editor before the game. So when can we get this program to begin to build beautiful maps? I would like to build my home area's bus lines, but i can not start without the editor, cause i dont know how is it working with the models/buildings.

Should that mean that we would expect route editor before game release? Or is it just one of possibilities how to make some kind of advertisment? You know, how likely is it to be true?
