Hi i just have two words for you AWESOME BUS i really love it thank you but is it possible to make the rear lights the blinkers and the schedule less bright?

Then it will be the bus i will use when doing some routes at night because there is less trafic in the game and then i can't acelerate to much how i like to do

If it goes up to 3000 rpm, then you need another line such as

then end it with a

So the bus will not over rev like crazy.

Sure you can use the two speed script, but I will caution you, that the first gear ratio value gets ignored. Have no idea why the developers done that, it is a very easy fix though as I done it on the ZF mod. In fact I may reissue a Voith 2 speed script tonight.


Well I guess a generic torque curve would do, been doing some research and its acceleration is 0-60 in 37 seconds. I guess that is with a full load?

Well here is what I came up with, the extract torque curve does not really matter as long as you have two points, one the horsepower at a given rpm and the other, maximum torque at a given rpm. The other stuff would not have an huge impac on these older engines. So anyways, I went onto wikipedia and read that it takes 37 seconds in order for the bus to accelerate to 60 kph. So I taken the add on transmission for this mod and make adjustments to the shifting points and the final drive ratio. I also made adjustments to the script which I originally downgraded to the two speed transmission as well. Now OMSI recognize the value for the 1st gear. So here is something workable, it takes 37 seconds for the bus to reach 60kph!! It is extremely slow, but after reading some posts here, that is realistic. Had to make some drastic adjustments to its torque converter as well.

Here are the files, for development use only and make changes/edits as you see fit...That is all the time I will spend on this since this is not my project, hopefully someone can continue on and good luck

No-no-no and again NO ! It's a retro-bus, without any modern equipment like digital matrix and inner displays...Only exception is IBIS, because without it you can't change destinations...

I wonder if you could make texture of the coins on the tray change with the currency? My map uses a different currency altogether (0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 & 20 coins) and it's hard to choose the correct coin given the fact that the coins are DM.

Ich habe den Ordner vom Bus in den Vehicle Ordner getan und auch die Dateien mit dem Update ausgetauscht aber der Bus ist immernoch nicht im Spiel.
