Help required for IBIS 'X' code

Hi,

I have been trying to get X1 to display on IBIS. It will display as AI, and also if I type it in the Rollblind/Quick Jump box, but when I type that code (00102) it comes up with a Triangle?

Does anyone know how get around this issue? It is a working display but I cant figure out how the same number produces different results?
