Help on bus height

Good morning.
A friend of mine is converting a bus from GTA San Andreas but is having some issues about the bus height, as the picture shows:
How can the height of the bus be controlled?

In Blender, the chassis must be placed at the height on which the springs are fully unloaded, i.e. around 10 cm above its intended position.
