Problem about passengers at bus stop

I have set 2 bus stops of the same name like the image below.
When I tried to run a route, I found that some passengers were crossing the road from the opposite bus stop and wanted to get on my bus!
Why this is happened and how to solve it? Thanks!

These bus stops are too near together.
If you use a narrow road (like this on the picture) it may happen.

You must slightly move one of them a bit further.

It won't work in distance like that.
Even if you type '1' or something.

Ive got a similar problem to this, in which you have to turn a corner to reach the stop, yet the passengers will wilfully walk towards you and expect to get on

errr....something to add...What if I want to keep the stops in this way? Any method to solve the problem then?

I didn't try this yet, but you can try to use slightly different names for the bus stops.

You'd have to use a wider road.
