Debug Option ??

After looking though several of the files, I've noticed several areas where it says, debug, mainly in the main.osc file, how exactly do I enable debug on OMSI? It would drasticly make things easier for me and everyone else down the road who modifies, builds or test buses as well as performance in general.

Start OMSI with parameter:
omsi.exe "-debug"
